How You Can Help

Kathryn’s life changed after two serious falls last year.

What first seemed like temporary pain has turned into something much more severe. She has now been diagnosed with significant spinal damage caused by both those falls and ongoing degeneration. Everyday activities like driving, standing for long periods, even attending church have become difficult if not impossible. The pain has limited her independence, yet she continues to do everything she can to remain active and present for her family.

Kathryn is a wife, mother, and grandmother. She works part-time from home as a mental health therapist, helping others navigate their own struggles even while quietly carrying her own. She and her husband, who is retired and also managing health challenges, live on a small ranch. Together, they do their best to keep up with their responsibilities but it has become increasingly difficult.

Her faith and support from Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church is what sustains her.

Now, Kathryn is facing a major spinal surgery that cannot be avoided. Without it, her mobility will continue to decline, taking with it her ability to work, care for her home, and stay connected to the people she loves. The surgery is expected to take place soon, with a recovery that could last six months or longer.

The financial burden is now significant. Please consider supporting this worthy cause.
