The Accident

Hi, my name is Graham (Ambrose) Canton, and I’m writing on behalf of Philip and Olga Swanson.

Just days before their move to the Gulf Coast from Virginia, and right before their newborn son Alban’s baptism, Philip suffered a serious fall and fractured his right fibula. After two medical opinions, surgery was recommended and scheduled for March 4, with an estimated six-week recovery before he can return to normal work and daily activity.

This injury has left Philip unable to work for at least six weeks, at the same moment his family relocated for a new job opportunity. With rent, a two-year-old and a newborn at home, and Olga currently unable to work, the Swansons are facing an immediate financial crisis. Because of the timing of the move, Philip also does not have health insurance.

How You Can Help

Philip and Olga are hardworking and faithful Christians who have found themselves in a very difficult and urgent situation. Any gift, large or small, would make a real difference, and prayers are deeply appreciated as well.

Living Expenses: $2,750
Surgery and Medical Expenses: $13,000
Goal: $15,750

Thank you for supporting the Swanson family during this difficult season.

– Graham
